Zumba® (Retro) - Dance to all of your favourite songs from classes since 2010! What's your favourite song from class? Requests are always welcome.
Zumba® - The original dance fitness program designed to get your heart pumping, body shaking, fun way to exercise in disguise!
Can't dance? No problem! Two left feet? No problem! Love to sing along (even if the artist gets the words wrong)? No problem!

Tabata is a 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training program that is designed to work your body at YOUR level of 100% for a short amount of time with a shorter rest period.
All exercises can be taken to a higher level of intensity, if that is what you want. OR, you can take them down a level of intensity, if that is what you want.
This is YOUR workout. Work it YOUR way!

Strength training exercises using items found in your own home.
Bring your favourite soup cans, water bottles, rolling pin, chair (not on wheels), etc. and let's get stronger together!

STRETCH THE DAY AWAY
Basic stretching either on the floor (or your bed), on a chair or even standing.
This is not a yoga class. It is the static stretches that our bodies need after we do regular day-to-day activities.
No experience or flexibility required!
