ZUMBA®

GOLD & REGULAR

Choose your favourite version, Zumba® Gold, or the original Zumba®!

Zumba® Gold - A low impact version of Zumba® designed for ALL abilities.

 

Zumba® - The original dance fitness program designed to get your heart pumping, body shaking, fun way to exercise in disguise!

 

​Can't dance? No problem! Two left feet? No problem! Love to sing along (even if the artist gets the words wrong)? No problem!

Zumba® - Saturdays @ 8:30am

TABATA

H.I.I.T.

Tabata is a 30 minute High Intensity Interval Training program that is designed to work your body at YOUR level of 100% for a short amount of time with a shorter rest period.

All exercises can be taken to a higher level of intensity, if that is what you want. OR, you can take them down a level of intensity, if that is what you want.

This is YOUR workout. Work it YOUR way!

BALANCED BODIES

FUNCTIONAL BALANCE

Low impact functional balance exercises that are designed to help you improve your ability to balance. It also improves your brain activity, posture, flexibility, and core stability.

Tuesdays @ 5:30pm

WILD ABOUT WEIGHTS

STRENGTH TRAINING

Strength training exercises using items found in your own home.

Bring your favourite soup cans, water bottles, rolling pin, chair (not on wheels), etc. and let's get stronger together!

STRETCH THE DAY AWAY

STRETCH PROGRAM

Basic stretching either on the floor (or your bed), on a chair or even standing.

This is not a yoga class. It is the static stretches that our bodies need after we do regular day-to-day activities.

No experience or flexibility required!

CIRCL Mobility™

FLOW & MOBILITY PROGRAM

Flow and mobility are the goals of this program that was designed by Zumba®.

Release, restore, and renew through a variety of sequences that will stretch your body and improve your flexibility.

This class is designed to be on the floor, so bring your yoga mat and get ready to flow!

No experience or flexibility required!
