This is an event series

Join me as I encourage you to increase your cardiovascular endurance, improve your balance, flexibility, core stability, brain engagement, and posture.

During this 8-week session, you will get to enjoy the outdoors Saturday mornings where we will take a walk, perform functional balance exercises and stretch our bodies so that they can recover from our weekly activities!
